Personally I am not into live betting. I rather bet the game prior to the start and then watch it

Anyone who bets live games often, knows what you're talking about

One thing we learn is to never try to beat live lines based on watching a game on TV

However, there is a slight advantage if you are attending a game in person and can sometimes beat the live lines

It’s true the juice is sometimes 50-100% more but the margin of error is much greater in live lines. Regular games have goes through a continuous process of discovery to find the equilibrium price.

Live games have a large variance of error towards the end of the game. 4 min left in a college basketball game can be -110 or +250 if they make a 3 point shot and the point change.
