This! I don't get the end game here for Hamas.
Like you said, they attacked someone who can overwhelm them easily. WTH was their plan for day 2, week 2, or month 2?

Did they think by attacking Israel and committing atrocities it would generate world support? Did they think that subsequently getting their a$$ kicked it would help?

I do not understand what they hoped to achieve with this action.
