NCAA should say OK, 3 game ban approved. NCAA gets to pick the 3 games.

syracuse coach had clemson on the ropes at clemson last year

let literally :40 run off the clock before calling a timeout with 1:30 left. they had the ball and needed time. then they had the ball again late with :12 instead of :52 and time ran out

an average coach clearly has that :52 left
