1 out of 25,000 will have visible 6 pack of abs

(that number seems off)

9 out of 100 Americans has a net worth of at least a million.

I bet we buck the trend and have a few in this forum with a foot solidly in both camps.

check in with your high net worth abdominals!

I agree the 1 in 25k number seems off. IIRC Something like 20% of adult americans aren't overweight, so it's probably more in the neighborhood of 1 in 10 with visible abs.

Where do you make the line?

I live in MA where a lot more people are health conscious so anecdotally 1: 10 or even better seems about right here. I could see it being less than that in other areas.

I live in Co which is way more health conscious even at the gym you don't see many in the under 14 % body fat range. lots of skinny fat though

I know I have the 6 pack abs.
I just choose to keep them carefully protected under a sufficient layer of beer fat.
