So been waiting since 9-15 for payout from BetUS of a measly $125 - nothing and when I go to chat am told need to check back later in the day - no one’s available.
So first off - why a payout request for $125 ? Well - as many did - I received a $25 free play to kick off college FB - managed to run that up to around $300. Checked with chat to find out what the roll/max cash out was (wrongly assumed it would be something semi practical like $500 or 1k max so as to both keep the funds at risk and not represent a huge risk to the book from some player going on a massive casino run or parlay hit) - found out it’s a max of $125 (so that’s on me - any balance above is forfeited at cash out).
Asked if I could convert to cash in account and avoid the needless payout ($125 isn’t worth it to them likely and I’d rather be able to continue to bet vs withdrawal and re-depositing) and was told no. Fair enough - requested payout and have been paid in past by BetUS (just not this season). 2 days later get request for KYC - annoying but again last payout was like 8 months ago so understandable. Sent and approved.
Re-requested on the 15th - reviewed and sent to manager to approve - no movement since. 2 times I go to chat and ask to get reviewed and get told no one’s in the office. I get not processing weekends and Monday is busy - but kind of worrisome behavior at this point in the season. It’s early - shouldn’t be issues with processing payouts and it’s not like a major amount.
Seems odd they wouldn’t just agree to convert to start with - but now we are passed that. Between the very low cash out limit and the service - not sure I’d use these guys again. And for reference - Heritage limited me on their “free play” from the scratch card at 1k (a much more reasonable limit to me) - that request for my $985 went in today - lets see how fast it gets processed. My suspicion is I’ll have it by 2p - but let’s see.
