Officially canceled Spectrum - took me three hours on hold, etc.

Two calls today. One dropped after 45 minutes on hold. The other took 2 hours, 15 minutes total. And the guy had the gall to ask why I was canceling.

Kept their internet. Very limited options in Central Texas unless @Tanko or @DiggityDaggityDo knows of one.

Now I’m getting YouTube TV free as part of family plan.

Yeah. Had no idea I could get YouTube TV free. My parents have it. I looked online and had to talk my mom through the steps of inviting via email me as part of their family plan. I just had to accept once I got the email and I was able to log in via app on roku tv.

We’ve been sharing Max, and several others with them for years so it worked out well.
