Holy shit, I track the macros on everything I eat.

This soda is nuts.

First, yes bobby, all that 5 grams of sugar in the Cherry cola is added sugar, not natural, according to the label. But I notice the flavors are different, some have 2 or 3 grams. Seems odd given some of the juice concentrate that the Cherry Cola is 12% juice, they aren't all that high.

Overall sugar is very low. Only 50 calories in the drink, just over 1/3 of a regular coke.

What's crazy is that there are 9 grams of dietary fiber in there, a carb you don't burn so taking that out gives us only 7 total carbs.

This is a pretty decent drink for a soda and clearly better than traditional ones.

Thanks for the review, and the burp came through the soundbar like a champ, family heard it....lol

Yeah, I edited the post to say 9 grams of dietary "fiber"

Which could do that to you if you don't usually get much fiber.

I get plenty of fiber, usually, in my tracked diet. I can get 50 or 60 grams, more than anyone needs, in a typical 3000 calorie day when 170 of those calories are a protein bar with no sugar but 12 grams of fiber (probably to help move all that protein, lol).

@BobbyFK Are you grandparents still alive and have you spoken with Broke Lenders after he stole money from you?

Someone needs to scissor kick that midget in the back of his fat melon shaped head.
I’ve been trying to get Bobby paid on that old debt the last two years at this forum to no avail. Brock Landers talks to Bobby like it never happen and vice versa. It’s pretty sickening to read like it never happen.

Good review Bobby, I’m glad you liked this more low calorie option. I’m gonna go to my local Whole Foods and pick up a few cans. How much for each can ? I’m thinking around $2 dollars correct …

Yeah, not cheap, but I see, at least the cherry cola, as a solid source of fiber, lol.

Just like these gluten free cookies I found, except there's no sat fat and far less added sugar than the cookies.

Different sodas have different labels though, but all seem better than traditional sodas for what it's worth.

Thanks again @BobbyFK not sure I would have satisfied my curiosity of this new soda if you hadn't done a review.
