Yeah, I don’t like Phentermine either because it fucks with my libido, which is a blessing in disguise actually, so I avoid it.

People smarter than me could tell you exactly how it works but I think it releases a synthetic hormone that signals the brain that your not hungry. That signal was put there for a reason and maybe for extreme morbidly obese people or people struggling with diabetes the reward outweighs the risk but for a healthy person trying to look better or lose 20lbs IMO it isn't worth it. That being said people should do what they want to do.

I know people who have taken it. They had good results - approximately 2 lbs a week weight loss for 6-8 weeks then you need to up titrate to a higher dose. The one thing that's a little weird is that if you like food like Brock Landers likes food, you will not like food anymore. I hear it also takes a long time to cum.
