Good review Bobby. Next time you are there review the cheap long ass hotdog at that same Casino Royal location for those that go broke and need a cheap meal or just want something to hold them over. I think it it 0.99 or less and has a good not your normal roll surprisingly.

I assumed they would be well seasoned and I would need to do that. I did not grab any salt and pepper packets nor did I actually see any available

That is actually the key to getting fresh fries. Tell them no salt and they have to put a fresh batch down for you.

Bobby, being from NJ, that's the first time you tried White Castle?? or was that just a NY thing?

Back in the day, they were called Belly bombers. We would go out to the bars, get drunk, and hit White Castle before you went home.
the average guy would get 6, some even a dozen and we would hang by the car or whatever and down those burgers.
it was also the place to go that late because other than a diner, it was the only place opened.

Now about how the burgers were cooked back then. Not sure if they do the same Today.
The onions are placed on the grill with the burgers, cooked together, the bun is placed on the grill, closed, then opened and the burger is placed in the bun with the onions and a big stainless steel bowl over top. Like they are steamed more than grilled.
That's why the onions don't seem to be cooked through or Grilled.

Do they still have the holes in the burgers?

I haven't had White Castle in at least 30 years

Been a good 30 years for me as well. Only had once after a trip to Seaside Height's boardwalk down the Jersey shore. They were good though. Have seen the one in Vegas but so many other good places to eat that never wanted to stop.

Bobby let me give you a piece of advice you should be concentrating on a YouTube channel, higher a promoter/ video editor you make the videos

He’ll cut it up And make it perfect

you have a perfect voice and presentation for food reviews and very detailed

If you do this right you could probably clear about 1000 a month
