Prop bets

I've never been big on props, but over the last couple of years have found some valve in them.
Bet more of them this year than in the past. Anyone else have opinion on them?

NFL Tonight props:
J. Love Over 25.5 yads rushing.. +200
No score last 2 min of 1st half.. +235

MLB tonight:
Atl..-1.5...+135
ARI..........+135

if you are a $50-200 a game better its a dream scenario cause they are winnable way more than spreads
