I haven’t heard anyone talking about betmania in years, didn’t know they were still around. How are the limits?

I had previously had my account verified and made withdrawals via crypto. Then, they denied my last withdrawal, and it took over a month to "re-verify" my documents including photos of me with passports, driver's license, and three different proof of addresses, all of which were "too blurry" no matter how clear I made the photos. After these were finally approved, they are still denying my crypto withdrawal, saying I am not eligible for crypto withdrawals, even though that is the method I deposited with and have withdrawn with in the past. AVOID Everygame at all costs! I am still trying to withdraw and have had no luck. I think my money is probably gone at this point.
