No. I've had winning seasons but in the long run the effort required is too much. Easier and less stressful ways to earn money out here. I budget football season with a 50% reload. March Madness has a budget also about half that Its never been more than three dimes.
For example 2022 football was a dime with nickel reload. I was in seven when college football regular season ended. Shut it down with three remaining, sent that in NBA,NHL futures that returned four. I'm playng with that still, its at five now.
At this point in my life its about practicing money management and decision making skills with the spice of action. The reward is ability to communicate about the topic of sports with others by staying current. Its not about money.
I've bet as much as $5500 on a single sporting event. Currently the range of bets are 3 - 20 bucks. If I see sometime I'll invest more. There an old saying you should make at less one bet a day because otherwise to might be walking around LUCKY and not realise it otherwise. Should my state make it legal I could rethink this. But I'd rather do other things now than to take the time I would require to have a winning season.
