I don't watch every day but probably 4-5 days a week.

I do not watch the games because I have plays on them (sometimes I do), I watch them for entertainment.

To a certain extent I agree.

Just don't turn the lack of watching into being uninformed.

The reality is that it's more important to make good trades and that involves watching screens.

I've missed many bets because I got caught watching, especially football. It's happened to me more than once in NBA playoffs this year too...got caught watching and either failed to open a trade or failed to close one at a good price because of it.

Baseball not so much, you can get a handle on the situation with the screens, including the box scores.

Yeah I agree if you are live betting & making trades as you mention, you definitely have to watch the games especially with NBA & NFL. Just following the score will not help you in this case.

MLB as you explained a lot slower pace & can get a better idea of what may transpire throughout a game. Although watching the actual game will always give you better trade value IMO.

Often times betting comes down to situation and number, and watching can sometimes complicate that.

Our eyes are easily fooled that's why knowing the numbers needed become important.

There are many, many downfalls to watching, including treating it differently if you are betting and watching.

It can be good to watch if you're doing it in the context of trying to see what the game, teams, or sports are showing others. You can be a consumer to consume and be entertained, or you can be a consumer to analyze what everyone else is consuming and see how they are reacting to it.

Always good to at least think about what it takes to be a step ahead of the rest of the marketplace.
