The Yankees placed Carpenter (foot) on the 10-day injured list Tuesday.
Spin:Carpenter's move to the IL was a foregone conclusion after the Yankees announced he suffered a fractured left foot in Monday's win over the Mariners. A timeline hasn't yet been established for Carpenter's return and will likely be contingent on whether he needs to undergo surgery to address the injury. Regardless, Carpenter looks to be at risk of missing most, if not all, of what's left of the 2022 season, making him a drop candidate in leagues where he's been rostered. Miguel Andujar was called up from Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre to replace Carpenter, who has hit .305 with 15 home runs, 37 RBI and 28 runs in 47 games after joining the Yankees in late May.

Myers is not in the lineup for Tuesday's game against the Giants, according to Jeff Sanders of The San Diego Union-Tribune.
Spin:Myers started the last three games in center field, but Trent Grisham will be back in that spot Tuesday night. The Padres have now faced right-handed starters three times since both Juan Soto and Josh Bell made their debuts, and Myers has opened on the bench in each contest.

Winker (back) is not in the lineup for Tuesday's game against the Yankees, Ryan Divish of The Seattle Times reports.
Spin:Winker was lifted from Monday's contest due to back spasms and will be out of the starting nine for at least one game. It's unclear if the 28-year-old will be available off the bench, and he should be considered day-to-day until the team updates his status. Jake Lamb will start in left field and bat cleanup.

Arraez is not in the lineup Tuesday against the Dodgers, Aaron Gleeman of The Athletic reports.
Spin:Arraez produced three hits in each of the past two contests and totaled three doubles, two RBI, two runs and a stolen base, but he'll take a seat Tuesday with lefty Julio Urias on the mound for Los Angeles. Jose Miranda will shift to shift base while Byron Buxton rests his legs as the designated hitter.
