i pu one of these headed eye mask last week and for someone like me that watch numbers on screens for 10hrs or more on a daily thing they work great, i think i paid like 30 bucks and you do about 20 mins on med heat and your eyes will thank you ..... amazon heated eye masks

yes it work for me do it early in the morning for 20 mins med heat and at least 1 to 2 times more before the day ends, it great and i cant believe i waited so long to get one..........a top eye dr told me about it and that the reason i tried it

HEATED eye masks ?
ur eyes are already burning from constantly looking at light.

heres my 2 of my Absolute* best tips for ppl who watch screens a lot. :

1. BRIGHTNESS/GAMMA . keep it at the lowest possible, but still easy to watch / read.

2. 20/20/20 rule :

Every 20 min. stare at something 20 feet away for 20 secs.

long-term, ur eyes will thank you.


I've been following these 2 simple rules,
I've been staring at screens for as along as i can remember.
Also my job involves me to stare at a monitor for extended periods of time as well.

To this day, i still have near perfect 20/20 vision.
