Those poor NFL franchise owners - how will they ever afford these escalating salaries…

I mean seriously - who can blame the players. Owners getting richer and richer every year on TV deals and franchise values soaring.

Is he worth it - worth is a very relative term. How much is Watson making on the Browns - about as fragile and less like able and marketable. What about Cousins - again age/injury and making how much ? A lot of QBs in the NFL getting paid in the same range and none exactly stand head and shoulders above Tua injury wise.

So laughable. GB paying Love, money well spent. This? Guy weighs like 190 pounds right now and has a history of head injuries, which is one thing, he can't play outside in Dec and Jan is another. They can find a replacement in the draft. People say "He is their best option" You think doo doo Brown thought Flacco was option #1 going into the season last year? Why would you pay him top dollar when you have all those weapons?

best way to win is a qb on rookie contract so u can pay the other key players

So much luck to get a rookie that can perform in the NFL, making all the throws, decisions, etc.

Not a lot of Joe Burrows out there, even shampoo boy in Jax had a rough first year.

But Love, Burrow, pretty fukkin good first year players.

Too much for Jordan Love

QBs can be hard to come buy.

Teams like Pitt and GB forgot what it was like to have to change QBs. They've always had that reliable solid starter.

I think GB is trying to lock one up. They see something and as a QB he should get better.

Teams will lock in the QB and then build the line or team around them...and we know that can take time, putting your pricey asset at risk.

But the industry values are just getting silly, so you're certainly not wrong.
