Weird exit, but Vazquez is imo no big loss for the Red Sox. His defense has fallen way off from his prime, and he makes mental mistakes all the time.

I wish I had video of it, but last year I saw him stand in the batters box and stare at a long fly ball that hit the top of the center field wall in Fenway and he only made it to first base because of it. Even after that he still stands admiring every fly ball he hits, including warning track outs and first row homers. I'm surprised Alex Cora hasn't strangled him by now for that. Now that's Houston's problem. From the little I've read about the prospects it seems like this might turn out well for the Red Sox.

I can't see the Astros putting him in the lineup during this series.

Thats why I said they shouldn't play him this series. I think he's mad at Boston management but he has all his buddies on the Red Sox so I'm not sure he'll try to beat them. Its questionable.
