Why no one competing against Matchbook?

You would think that an exchange would be a lot less changing to setup. You don't need to worry about sharps, stream bettors, stale lines, issuing bonus. You just post a bunch of lines out. Seems easier to operate than a sportsbook that is force to take all action. Kind of surprise there isn't an exchange that operates offshore that is for US players.

I forget if WSEX was one. But we all know what happened there.
