Alderney issues another six eGambling licenses

The Alderney Gambling Control Commission has granted a further six Full eGambling Licenses in the past two months, taking the total number up to 25. The new licences issued include the Alderney subsidiaries of William Hill, Sportingbet, World Poker Tour and ElectraWorks.

Alderney’s Head of E-Commerce Development Robin Le Prevost commented: “The granting of these 6 licenses during the last two months brings the total number of licenses in issue to 25 and reflects the increasing value that blue chip gambling organisations attach to meaningful regulation as it supports their own corporate governance requirements.”
