Is Bet-at-Home taking shots at players or his customer service representatives are totally incompetent?
Even though Bookmakers Review didn\’t receive any direct complaint, we have heard from multiple sources and read on different betting forums that the Austrian bookmaker asked players who requested a withdrawal to first complete a rollover for a bonus they received during Euro 2008, notwithstanding the fact the players had already lost the deposit on which they received the bonus and made one or more subsequent deposits.
The bonus terms and conditions currently available on the bet-at-home site state that the amount of the first deposit and bonus must be wagered at least three times. No mention of requirements for subsequent deposits.
While we investigate the curious bonus requirement, Bet-at-Home rating has been reassessed at 3+ (3.5).
