Bodog to meet 1st Technology in a Nevada Court on October 11.
Bodog, or more likely its new North American partner Morris Mohawk Gaming, is expected to challenge the $49m default judgment which earlier in August caused the transfer of the bodog.com domain to 1st Technology.
While Bodog founder Calvin Ayre claims the domain names transferred to 1st Technology did not belong to Bodog Entertainment but were held on behalf of other unspecified companies, it is believed the Antigua-based gambling group will argue the validity of the default judgment on the contention that it was not properly served on the initial patent infringement suit.
