While the US federal government continues its efforts to fight online gambling, it looks like it may be losing ground to state governments.
At least three states, North Dakota, Illinois and Georgia, are looking to legalize certain forms of online gambling.
Meanwhile, the British Parliament is set to make it legal for UK-based online casinos to accept bets from US citizens.
