The Greek lottery operator said it is considering listing the Bulgarian soccer betting company on the Sofia Stock Exchange.
Intralot, which acquired its 49 per cent stake of the fixed-odds betting operator Eurofootball in 2002 for EUR 11.75m, plans to sell 10 percent to raise about EUR 100m.
Greek press reports also said Intralot, along with its partner Turkcell, plan to list Inteltek on the Turkish Stock Exchange. Inteltek has the exclusive license to run fixed-odds betting for 8-years in Turkey on behalf of Sportoto, the Turkish national betting company.
