McCreevy accused to have built the case against Holland using Ladbrokes\’ arguments

iGaming News reports a letter of De Lotto director Tjeerd Veenstra accusing the EU Internal Market Commissioner to have copied direct statements of Ladbrokes’ lawyers, when earlier this week he informed the Dutch Government that the scope of its domestic gambling industry was not in compliance with Article 49 of the EC Treaty.
