The Pool ignores player asking for a payment

The Pool downgraded to 1 (2) after ignoring a player\’s withdrawal request for over two months. The owner of the company contacted by Bookmakers Review first denied having received a payment request, then asked us to be professional because £50 is not an issue for them. The player has been waiting for his £50 since the beginning of March. In a separate complaint, The Pool settled as an away win a soccer match ended with a draw.
