The Financial Times reports that US Congressman Barney Frank, Chairman of the House Financial Services Committee, has confirmed that he is currently working on legislation to repeal the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act. The newspaper also cited Frank saying the law was one of the stupidest ever passed.
