US DoJ gets extension to prepare UIGEA case

The US District Court of New Jersey has given the Department of Justice more time to submit an answer to the iMEGA’s complaint against the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act. The DoJ have until September 4 to reply to the charge that UIGEA infringes upon basic constitutional rights.
