Effective yesterday, the VIP family of sites (VIPsports, VIPcasinos, VIPhorses, VIPpoker and VIpsoccer) has been integrated under the VIP.com brand. Parent company Leisure & Gaming acquired the domain in August 2005 for a total consideration of $1.4m.
On July 5, all players at Bet19, BetonGames, Fair Deal, Five Card Charlie and Wall Street Super Book will be moved to VIP.com. Leisure & Gaming will concentrate its efforts on VIP.com and BetGameDay.
