CarbonGaming has been online since the mid-2000s, but it received a raft of upset customer complaints. They reported that payouts were unreliable, and it became notorious as a slow-paying sportsbook.

We have heard that CarbonGaming, Sportsbook.ag and associated sites have recently been paying out in a timely manner. This could be down to a change in approach, as they are no longer accepting new customers. Customers have never had any problems picking a deposit method and putting money into their accounts at Carbon and its sister sites. The issues always arose when they requested payouts. Slow payouts went on for a long time, and players said accessing customer service was like speaking to a brick wall.

More recently, customers have reported that they have been paid out within 24-72 hours of requesting a withdrawal via Bitcoin, which is great news. However, we would like to see this sportsbook demonstrate its ability to meet payout requests in a timely manner over a longer period of time before we move it to a higher rating.

When it was accepting new customers in the past, there was a cash welcome bonus of around 25% to 30%. A similar offer may be rolled out in the future if it decides to target new players, but there are not currently any incentives to sign up.

CarbonGaming was always a no-frills offshore sportsbook with a functional layout and reasonably competitive odds on major sports leagues. The only major issues were the slow payments and the poor customer service. It is not currently investing in improving the user experience, as it is not taking on new customers right now.
