Our Verdict

Jazz Sports is a decent option for US sports bettors seeking competitive bonuses and an easy user interface. We would like to see a broader range of sports covered, and higher betting limits, but overall it is a strong online betting site with an excellent reputation. It has improved significantly in recent years and should give bettors a well-rounded experience.

The parent company is DPT Sports, which is based in Costa Rica and also owns ABC Islands and Loose Lines. It has been operating since 1994. JazzSports struggled a little in the early years, as several players complained about delayed or withheld payments, but those issues ended in 2014. Since then, Jazz Sports has proven itself to be a reliable, trustworthy online sportsbook that pays out in full and on time.

This Jazz sportsbook review focuses on the sign-up process, bonuses, banking options, the quality of the user experience, and much more.

Banking

Jazz Sports offers a variety of deposit methods:

Credit Card and Debit Card | Visa and Mastercard are accepted, with a minimum deposit of $100 and a maximum of $500 per week. Some casual bettors may be deterred by the relatively high minimum deposit, but players with larger bankrolls can negotiate a higher upper limit by contacting customer service.

Crypto | The minimum deposit is $50 via Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash and other cryptocurrencies.

E-wallets | You can make deposits from $100 using e-wallets like Skrill, but this is not available to US customers.

P2P | The limits for this method are $100 to $500 per transaction.

Wire Transfer | A bank wire may be accepted at management’s discretion, but it is only available for deposits from $1,000 to $30,000.
Each deposit option carries different minimum and maximum limits, and there is a 21-day hold on all first deposits. Any bitcoin deposits under $50 will incur a $2 transaction fee.

Jazz Sports advises that there is a 5-8 business day waiting period for payouts, and that proof of ID may be required in order to authorize payments in some cases. You can choose from crypto, P2P transfer or a bank wire, and withdrawal fees vary depending upon the method you choose. The maximum weekly withdrawal is $5,000, but it might be worth contacting customer service to discuss a higher limit.

User Experience

Jazz Sports serves up a stylish, modern user interface. It is simple to navigate, the text is displayed clearly, the search function works well and the bet slip is easy to use. The site is not exactly rich with features, stats, and insight, and pages are a little slow to load, but it is clean and effective. The only downside is that it does not have a clear link to the live betting section, but that could easily be rectified.

Mobile Review

Jazz Sports does not offer a mobile app, but the mobile version of the site is fully optimized and works well on iOS and Android. The BMR team found it pretty easy to use when we tested it out for this Jazz Sports review. It looks great, and the navigation is smooth.

Sports Betting Options

Jazz Sports covers fewer sports than many of its rivals, but it covers them in excellent depth. You will find football, basketball, baseball, hockey, MMA, boxing, golf, tennis, motor racing, horse racing, rugby and volleyball, along with politics. That is a pretty narrow range of sports, but it offers a huge array of games within each of those sports, so it is perfect for most US and Canadian bettors. There are lots of prop bets, alternative spreads and totals, and futures wagering options too, although a same game parlay builder would be a welcome addition. The live betting section is pretty comprehensive, and you can enjoy live streaming on some events.

Wagering Limits

Jazz Sports offers pretty low wagering limits – often just $500 to $1,000 – so it is not a site for high rollers, but you may be able to negotiate higher limits by contacting the customer support team.

Quality of Odds

Jazz Sports offers standard juice lines on spreads and totals, and its moneyline odds and prop betting odds are broadly in line with key competitors.

User Reviews

Jazz Sports has a reasonably positive reputation among the users in the BMR community. As mentioned at the start of this sportsbook review, it initially had some payout issues, but they were resolved many years ago, and Jazz Sports is now considered a reputable site that treats players fairly.

Other Betting Options

The online casino at Jazz Sports offers a pretty good range of games, including slots, blackjack, roulette, baccarat and live dealer action. There are more than 400 casino games in total, all of which are mobile-friendly. You can also play the games for free in demo mode. It also has an esports section and racebook, but no poker room.

Customer Service

Jazz Sports offers 24/7 customer support toll-free from the United States. Just call 855-910-3888. You can alternatively use the live chat function or send an email. It takes up to 48 hours for an email response, so we advise calling or using live chat. The Jazz Sports customer service agents we spoke to during this sportsbook were polite, friendly and efficient.
