Our Verdict

This MyBookie review highlights the various strengths and weaknesses of this online sportsbook. We will focus on the sign-up process, the bonuses, deposits and withdrawals, the mobile site, customer service, the depth of betting options available, the quality of the odds, and the quality of the overall sports betting experience.

MyBookie Deposit Methods
MyBookie offers a narrow array of sportsbook deposit options for customers to choose from:

Credit Cards | Visa and Mastercard are accepted, but you cannot use American Express or Discover. The minimum deposit is $45 and the maximum is $2,500.

Cryptocurrency | You can use Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin, Ripple (XRP) or Ethereum to fund your account at MyBookie. The minimum crypto deposit is $20 and the maximum varies according to your customer level. Contact customer service to discuss large deposits.

Person to Person | A P2P transfer of $100 to $500 can be sent to a MyBookie account.

Bank Wire | You can also contact customer service to discuss sending a bank wire or a cashier’s check to MyBookie.
It does not accept e-wallets like Skrill, Neteller or PayPal. Deposits are free. Credit card payments should arrive instantly, while crypto should be in your account within an hour of sending it.

Deposit Methods Min Max Fee
Visa 445 $2,500 Free
Mastercard $45 $2,500 Free
Bitcoin $45 $10,000 Free
P2P $100 $500 Free
Litecoin 445 $10,000 Free

MyBookie takes around two business days to process payment requests. If you make a withdrawal on a Saturday, you might therefore have to wait until Tuesday for it to be approved. The withdrawal times then vary depending upon the payment method you select:

Wire Transfer | MyBookie can arrange a wire transfer for $100 to $5,000, but it takes five to seven business days to arrive. You will be charged $15 for a bank wire of $100 to $500, and $25 for a wire transfer of $500 to $5,000.

E-Check | You can request an e-check for $50 to $250. You will be charged a $5 fee for e-checks of up to $200, and a $15 fee for withdrawals of $201 to $250.

Bitcoin | MyBookie allows you to withdraw $25 to $5,000 via the world’s leading cryptocurrency. Withdrawals are free.

MyBookie is slower to pay out than many of its competitors. As previously noted, many players have been left waiting several weeks to receive their winnings in the past, which saw MyBookie lumbered with a bad reputation.
However, it does appear to be paying out in a relatively prompt fashion right now. BMR made a successful Bitcoin withdrawal within a couple of days when conducting this MyBookie review, so we can confirm that it does actually pay customers.

MyBookie User Experience

The user experience is pretty impressive at MyBookie. The site looks great, with a gray on black color scheme and the odd flourish of orange. Large banner ads promoting its bonuses and upcoming events on the homepage may irritate some users, but the BMR team was generally impressed with the layout. The pages are neat and uncluttered, with clear text and an intuitive design. Navigation is straightforward, and the search function works well, while the bet slip is easy to use.

If you go to mybookie.ag/news, you will find a lively blog featuring picks, insight and analysis. This section is regularly updated, covering football, basketball, baseball, soccer, NASCAR, IndyCar and other sports. It enhances the overall user experience, and shows that MyBookie goes beyond simply providing a sports wagering platform. The help section is also very clear and thorough, so we enjoyed the overall user experience.

MyBookie Mobile Review

MyBookie does not have an app to download, but you can access the mobile MyBookie betting site directly from your browser. The mobile offering is also very user-friendly and intuitively designed. Pages loaded quickly when we tested it out, and we were able to place bets on big upcoming sporting events and live games with just a few taps of the screen.

MyBookie’s Sports Betting Options

MyBookie sportsbook mainly serves U.S. bettors, so the main markets include major sports leagues like the NFL, NBA, MLB and NHL, as well as college football and college basketball. It is therefore a little disappointing to note how few prop bets it offers on those games, but it does feature a pretty wide range of games.

Sports Covered

The sports covered by MyBookie are listed in descending order of popularity down the left side of the homepage. It changes depending upon which sports are in season, but generally looks like this:

  • Football
  • Basketball
  • Baseball
  • Hockey
  • MMA
  • Golf
  • Tennis
  • Boxing
  • Motor Sports (NASCAR, IndyCar, Formula One, MotoGP)
  • Soccer
  • Horse Racing
  • Table Tennis
  • Rugby League
  • Rugby Union
  • Aussie Rules
  • Cycling

That is a narrow selection when compared to many rival online sportsbooks. Omissions include cricket, darts, snooker, pool, volleyball, handball, futsal, lacrosse, surfing, chess, badminton, athletics and winter sports, but it covers most sports that American bettors will be interested in. An esports section sticks to League of Legends, with no CS:GO or Dota 2, while there is also a U.S. politics section. The entertainment section is pretty lively, while there is a wild “Special Wagers” area that allows sports bettors to speculate on celebrity divorces, deaths and other current events, with a heavy focus on the British Royal Family.

Depth of Sporting Coverage

The site offers reasonably good depth in its sporting coverage. You can bet on basketball games in New Zealand and Uruguay, baseball in South Korea and Japan, and hockey in Europe. The soccer section covers less heralded nations like Tanzania, Uzbekistan and the Faroe Islands, which is great. The MMA and boxing coverage is a little narrow, but it is good for motor sports, tennis and golf.

Sports Betting Markets

You will not find a great deal of choice within a particular game at MyBookie.ag sportsbook. When conducting our sportsbook review of MyBookie, the BMR team could only find 15 prop bets on major upcoming NBA playoff games, which is a little substandard. There were no alternative spreads or totals, it lacks player props and it is also missing a same game parlay builder, although it does provide a strong selection of futures betting options. We found a similar situation on MLB games. It was therefore a little strange to find more than 140 prop bets on soccer games. Considering MyBookie mainly targets U.S. bettors, it is a little odd to see that it covers soccer much more comprehensively than basketball and baseball.

Live Betting

MyBookie sportsbook has a dedicated live betting section, which you can access from the menu at the top of the page. It is laid out in a very neat and tidy manner, and it is great to see odds flash red when they are dropping or green when they are growing longer. MyBookie does not offer live streaming, and you will not be provided with live stats either, but it does cover a pretty wide range of live sporting events.

Other Betting Options

MyBookie is an all-round online betting site, so you will also find an online casino and a racebook. The online casino features a wide variety of table games, slots, jackpot slots and video poker options. Like many sites in the region, it mainly relies on games from Betsoft and does not feature market leading providers such as Microgaming, IGT, NetEnt and Playtech. The live dealer section offers blackjack, baccarat, Super 6, European roulette and American roulette. There are lots of lucrative casino bonuses available, but the rollover requirements are pretty high.

The racebook features thoroughbred, harness and greyhound racing from the U.S., Canada, Australia, the UK, Ireland, France, South Africa, Japan and Sweden. The racebook rebate is a great bonus. The racecards are very basic, but the site is really user-friendly, and it makes it very simple for beginners to place exotic wagers. It also displays the straight bet limits very clearly, so we liked the racebook at MyBookie.

Wagering Limits at MyBookie

The minimum bet at MyBookie is $2. Some sportsbooks offer bets of $1 or even $0.10, but most casual bettors should find $2 to be an appropriate minimum limits, The maximum online bet is just $1,000, which is not really suitable for high rollers, but you can place larger bets over the phone by calling customer support on the toll-free number – 1-844-866-BETS (2387). Betting limits are at the management’s discretion on an individual basis, often dependent upon the type of bet, the sport and the league.

The odds at MyBookie are pretty average. It provides -110 lines on sides and totals, but sometimes it offers -105 on one side and -115 on the other. We compared its moneyline odds on a range of MLB and NBA games to those on off at rival sites, and we found better odds at Heritage Sports, Bookmaker, Pinnacle and Bet365. It does not offer the worst odds on the market, but MyBookie is rarely market leading, and it certainly does not operate on a low vig pricing model.

MyBookie User Reviews

The MyBookie site claims that users have given it an average of 4.8 out of 5 stars, but this has not been independently vetted and the latest reviews it displays are more than a year old, so this all looks a little dubious. Many bettors are very disparaging when discussing MyBookie due to the payout issues they have suffered. However, users in our community that have used the site more recently have offered broadly positive feedback, praising the bonuses and the overall user experience.

MyBookie Customer Service

The customer service team at MyBookie is available on a 24/7 basis to provide assistance via live chat or email. The BMR team tested out the service for this review, and found the staff polite, professional and helpful. As previously mentioned, there is also a very thorough FAQ section on this online betting site, which provides a wealth of very clear and concise information. You can also search the FAQ section, which is a nice touch.
