Wow! That's very impressive! With this food/diet alone? or do you also do exercise?
Switched to almost exclusively drinking water except for a Sprite Zero from time to time. Cut out all the sweet tea and sugary drinks.

Also cut out almost all fried food and red meat.

Also eating a lot more salad, and when I eat it I use sugar-free honey Dijon dressing instead of ranch or thousand island like I used to get.

And I stop eating when I’m full. I don’t overeat or make myself finish the plate.

I also l usually eat dinner earlier than most. So if I get hungry about 8-9 like I do from time to time when I’m watching a movie or a show, I’ll have a jar of roasted pecans and a bottle of water by the bed. Curbs the hunger and I love them.

Getting back into exercising is the next goal.

Eaten there a dozen or more times Bob. Probably stayed at the Mirage 10-12 times.

Had a lot of comps and even an older VIP host that l got to know pretty well. He would give us some hook ups that I know were meant for higher rollers than I was, and I always appreciated it.

It all starts in the kitchen with our health goals. Since you have that down pat, exercise will be a great way to circumvent your goals to the next level.

Now you might find yourself more hungry once you start exercising which is completely normal, the calories you burn as you workout will offset that extra food so not to worry.
