Wow! That's very impressive! With this food/diet alone? or do you also do exercise?
Switched to almost exclusively drinking water except for a Sprite Zero from time to time. Cut out all the sweet tea and sugary drinks.
Also cut out almost all fried food and red meat.
Also eating a lot more salad, and when I eat it I use sugar-free honey Dijon dressing instead of ranch or thousand island like I used to get.
And I stop eating when I’m full. I don’t overeat or make myself finish the plate.
I also l usually eat dinner earlier than most. So if I get hungry about 8-9 like I do from time to time when I’m watching a movie or a show, I’ll have a jar of roasted pecans and a bottle of water by the bed. Curbs the hunger and I love them.
Getting back into exercising is the next goal.
