    That is absolutely disgusting. I can't even imagine the pain of hitting something like that and then getting not only stiffed by a supposedly reputable book, but getting banned by for the forums as well.     Just checked my email and I see a welcome to bookmaker email dated Feb 3rd of this year. It was disabled July 8th with a 16k balance

    I can provide email proof if needed, but why even bother. Its the same as everyone else. KYC asks for documentation, I provide it, I fill out a form, and then they ignore. I guess I'll try to find some sort of commission or regulatory body to complain to, although that probably won't do much.
