This picture makes me think of my parents dog. His name was “buddy”. He ended becoming blind, one day he got out & made his way to the back yard wondering along & fell into the canal out back & drown. We found him floating in the water later that day RIP buddy.

You really have to wonder about Chris Sale (BOS - pitcher) this year. He is off to a bad start to the season. Tonight is his 5th start and his ERA before tonight was 8.00 (stats: 21 Hits w/ 16 earned runs).

Tonight he gave up 9 hits and 5 earned runs before being pulled.

He only pitched in 2 appearances in 2022. He was out until July due to broken ribs and during his 2nd start he broke his pinky and require surgey and never returned.

In 2021 he was in the 2.50 - 3.00 ERA range.

Not sure if he'll get back to his old form. Its tough to bet on them with him on the mound.
