Hello. My name is Mark and I signed up with Bookmaker.eu on April 3rd. I played pretty much every day, just sports betting, and after my first month on May 3rd, I was down $34,128. Even tho I was down overall, I did have a receive a payout for $25,000 during this first month. On May 4th I made a deposit for $50,000, and on May 10th my balance was $235,449. I played some over the weekend and lost, and on the morning of May 13th, with a balance of $197,749, I requested $25,000. I didn't receive anything and late that evening I got on live chat and they told me I had to send in a picture of my ID along with a selfie holding it. I sent it in and have been waiting ever since. I have not gotten a single reply from this KYC department, and CS service is telling me the same thing they're telling the other posters on this forum who are experiencing the same thing. I know this is only day #3 but given the large balance and other posters experiencing the same thing, I am very concerned. I'm not sure what to do but I thought it would be wise to share this with the community. Thank you

That’s a lot of cash! Haha. I only tried to get out $2400 after depositing $800 and it took a week to get resolved (which it did). I emailed KYC almost every morning respectfully asking for an update or if they needed additional information. Also went on live chat and asked if they were able to relay information to KYC as well. The department is extremely unreliable with getting a consistent/timely response.
I posted my story on this forums but they literally made me make a video of myself reading baseball scores from the prior day. You are kind of at their mercy right now, but just keep your cool and keep at it with them. As others have said, it should and will get resolved.

I wouldn’t play anything until they start paying you again. At your levels decent chance to lose it.

I, like others here, have never had any problems with them paying me fast.

it does seem like there’s plenty of these same stories about BM KYC of late

Agree on all fronts. I've don't know anyone who hasn't gotten paid. But there have been a lot of complaints lately.

Update: I sent them the link to this thread and more requests for any simple acknowledgement. I also got on live chat and was given the same copy/paste as every other time. I'm glad to know that everyone else is getting paid, but this is $195k. Its fine for a company to have security checks, but this type of process where you ignore for going on 4 days now is completely inexcusable for a supposedly reputable sportsbook. I'm about to send another email and get back on live chat I guess...
