Franz can you tell me why this happens in some soccer games

Why the games is still allowed to go on well past the added time? In this case 7 added minutes but they are still playing after 20

I totally agree

They have far too much influence over the outcome of a game. Reviews of officials should be done with frequency.
This past Euro Cup was a prime example. The English Ref named Taylor cost Netherlands and Germany key wins over clear misconduct on his part.
