Difference between no payout & a 13k payout. Gotta work a double today so at least it's gonna be a lot more tolerable. Would've turned it down but this should give my supervisor incentive to fight for me not to be removed, I'm assuming after this wk but doubt it's gonna change anything.

Not quite yet. My supervisor showed me a confidential email from the property Mgr. that said "That's strike 2 for Tom, please find someone more reliable for the overnight". So as soon as they find someone (at most 2 wks) I'm history, & won't accept being reassigned so at that point I'm assuming they fire me & then it's unemployment.
