All good fellas, once that HR twat told me they'd block my UE, I made sure to win & WD what I would've gotten over 26 wks to basically freeroll it. Regardless, being the vindictive type I'll get them back. They allowed me to take an 8 hr annual class at the office by just signing my name from a previous form & not showing up. Appreciated it at the time but now I'm gonna fucking bury them with that "favor". Totally illegal what they did & on Tues I'll call the NYS Division of Licensing Service & have them shut down & pay a huge penalty. Unfortunately for them I made sure to keep those receipts. (Email & recorded call that I saved)

You should talk to someone first, like an attorney.

Make sure taking any action won't backfire. I understand vengeance, but what if they can do more than take your UE away? Hypothetically

What else could they possibly take away if I'm no longer an employee? Good I didn't work for Boeing, so I'm not exactly worried about this happening.

When I fired employees and after dealing w their union losers & 3 strikes policy, I always got out in front with the misconduct claim(s) and multiple warning letters.

Did you get any warning letters even or straight termination?

No prior write ups/warnings but straight shitcanned Minny. Morbidly obese HR Karen (her actual name) even lied to me about them checking the camera & saying I was away from the desk from 0330-0700. My relief always gets there 30 minutes early (0630) & I've never not been on post when he arrived. I'll bring this up at the appeal hearing & make them prove I wasn't on post at that those times.
