So I'm aware of all the issues people are having with BM lately, which is why I took a picture of my balance in the event something like this happens. They asked for a pic of my ID and selfie of me holding it, then they asked for me holding a paper with todays date on it, then they asked for a selfie of me giving the peace sign. I sent all of that, and their reply is: "May we ask why you are using photo shop?" I just took these with my phone. I'm attaching all the pics I sent them, as well as my account balance below. Not really looking for any advice, just want to make this public

I hear about them through the grapevine, plus I've seen numerous threads posted here which were then deleted by BMR mods. Not everyone posts about it here, and I can see why. It's not doing anything.

No. The only communication with KYC so far has been them asking for the photos, and then them asking me why I'm using photoshop.

I would take just the one that pops up in the cashier when you deposit btc. It was 20%, might have been less back when the account was newer.

Seriously though if they owed me that much I’d probably go to CR in person with your ID and a decent camera and tell them to take the KYC pics

For some good news, I had the same issue in July as other users here have been reporting. Took them two weeks to verify but I was paid out. I hope u get yours!

Yes. I requested it August 29th at 8am. Shortly after I received an email from KYC saying its on hold, and asking me to send in my ID and a selfie of me holding it. Then they asked for todays date on a paper. Then they asked for the peace sign. Then they said "May we ask why you're using photoshop.

I literally just took these pictures with my phone, the date and peace sign at work, the ID at my home.

Here's my full communication with KYC, starting with their photoshop accusation.



KYC: May we ask why you are using photoshop?

Me: What are you talking about? I'm not using photoshop. I just took these on my phone. What are you even referring to?

Me: May I ask why you baselessly accuse me of using photoshop after I run up my balance? Please provide me proof or even a logical reason why you would make such an accusation.

KYC: Our department is closed for the weekend and will respond Monday

Me: Please explain why you accused me of photoshopping and are withholding my payout.

KYC: Each of your selfies shows the use of photoshop in the metadata. We were inquiring as to why this might be?

Me: I don't know why that is. I don't even know what metadata is. I literally took those selfies with my phone while at work. A simple solution to this would be a video or a live video call.

That last one was sent today at 8am EST. No response since. The most annoying part of their accusation (besides the fact that I didn't do it) is that there's no way for me to defend myself against it. I can't prove I DIDN'T use photoshop. The burden should be on them to present the evidence. I uploaded the pics here in the OP. Where does anything even look close to being photoshopped?

I mean I have a newer iPhone. There's no photoshop in the metadata. This is them stalling like they have with hundreds of other posters over the last few months.
