Well here’s all the BS I got from BetNow after trying to set up a deposit with the SPOOKY 150% I received:

I love trying to debate with weak Customer Service people who barely speak my language.

I let her know they should have to honor the offer they (BetNow) gave me.

Her response was the offer was only for “new cash deposits.” Whatever that means. I told her when I deposit it will become “new cash.” No response. I also let her know I’d be posting a negative review here. Also no response

I think the reason is because I have cashed out on them 4x in a row last 5-6 weeks and the CA rep didn’t have the mental acuity to explain that.

still bottom line: you make the offer, you honor the offer

winds up as a definite negative for BetNow in my opinion

Bottom left of the offer, Qualifying customers, restrictions apply. As you said you have cashed on them multiple times recently, they aren't giving you anything anytime soon. With Betnow you know if you are or are not when you go into the cashier

I'm with Bigjay here. It's not difficult to target customers with bonus offers. Send the offers to those you want to use them. Don't send them to everyone and then deny people. It wastes people's time and pisses your customers off.

Hopefuly it's just a delay. They have robbed many people in the last 10 months.
