That's the problem w restraining orders & the new gun laws.

Anyone w a restraining order is red flagged and prohibited from gun ownership....regardless of the validity of the claim.

Judges really need to be efficient to avoid this kind of issue.

Well that's the problem when laws involving serious issues like this carry little penalties yet have substantial consequences.

Judges don't read the pleadings or motions, etc. They have clerks that read. And then they advise. Judges oversee courtroom activities.

I've seen Judges get completely blindsided by courtroom action that completely contradicts what the clerks have advised them...but that's the reality of a 23 yr old advising a 60 yr old who's half retired (a judgeship is basically retirement for a lawyer)

We need LESS laws but STRICTER order and more jails.

Just get the bad guys off the street, forever. We know who they are.

If that system were in place instead of this entitlement bullshit, you would not see false accusations like this or Smollett or even Trump/ Russia....because those guys would be locked up.
