no one can be perfect. i think if i made some adjustments at 3 months i would now be 3.5 months sober. either way this gaza thing is making me write down what is mandatory every day from now on for my own benefit

i know any i dont think ive ever gotten a warning. but believe it or not i will feel better from day 0-14 then i will 14+ thats the scary part
