Yes, 65% is a good one. No one can do it 100% that's for sure unless someone by tomorrow woke up winning the grand lotto prize haha

you can measure it, in a sense.

Bottomline, I think sadness need to exist for happiness to exist & vice versa.

Most definitely especially in South Florida, but not real cheap where you live either. The market is at its peak everywhere, at some point it’s got to fall back some.
