Be careful with BetNow - they offer you bonuses then don’t follow through when you deposit

I had several emails about their “football season bonus” 100 percent up to $500 with a 15x roll.

I deposited, called in to have the bonus they emailed me about three different times added, and customer service put me on hold to talk to a “supervisor.”

Rep came back and told me I didn’t qualify. It’s only for some accounts even though they send the email to everyone. He said it was just a “misunderstanding.”

I told him it wasn’t a misunderstanding. It was a flat out lie to get folks to deposit. I told him I’m looking right at the bonus offer they sent me multiple times. He again said it was a misunderstanding and asked if there was anything else he could do for me. I told him he hadn’t done anything for me other than get me to deposit money using false promises.

I let him know I had a lot of posts at BMR and would be making one describing what happened. He didn’t seem to care.

Be very wary before using this book. They not only limit plays but also limit payouts in attempt to try and make folks lose their money back.

I think others have noted their very small crypto monthly payout options.

Not sure about these particular emails but in the past there would be a small font saying conditions apply. Basically if the offer is not sitting there at the cashier you don't actually qualify. I'm guessing you are "up" on them as it seems once that happens the offers end.

The way I look at is all these books have a bit of Mickey Mouse in them at one time or another. As long as they pay me I'm willing to put up with a certain amount of BS as long as I feel it is to my advantage to play there. You have to take a little bad in order to get the good stuff usually.

I made a deposit at Betnow about a week ago. Before making the deposit, I asked if players from my country were allowed to play there, and they said yes. However, after I made the deposit, they removed the live betting and prop builder options and then informed me that players in my region were not allowed to use these services. I then told them that I was no longer interested in being a customer and that they should have informed me of this before I made the deposit since I had asked them beforehand. They said I could request a withdrawal without any issues, but that was a lie. I still haven't received my money because I have been subjected to an excessive KYC process, which is still "under review".

Why not just let me withdraw my money when they are the ones who made the mistake and misinformed me? Really poor behavior.

The clearly didn't tell you the entire truth about use of the site by people in your region.
They didn't argue with you about the issue did they? They are just not moving very quickly to get you your money back right?

Sorry this happened to you. They do exactly that. They’ll tell you anything to get you to deposit and then will change the rules midstream.

Yes, that's exactly what they did. Someone from there called me and asked if everything was okay and if there was anything I needed. After that call the rules for me changed.
