Monday of last week the network started to act sketchy so I guess you just missed this dilemma.

That's when it started for me. I sent Bitcoin from my wallet to book Monday night and was not confirmed to the following Thursday morning. The first part sending from CA to middle wallet went fairly normal time.

My deposit was finally confirmed 23 hours later how nice of them to do so lol. I read it can take up to 48 hours for transfers now on the free method speed, so you’ve been currently warned.

Does anyone know what is happening lately with the fees? I just bought BTC on Binance and Coinbase, the Coinbase fee was higher than normal and then from Edge to the book was the highest I have ever recalled.

The Taproot soft fork has allowed people to insert data on a satoshi creating Bitcoin Ordinals. The NFTs aren't layer two so they are attached and creating this log jam. Another soft fork or Lightning takes care of the problem.

I completely understand what you say happened here lol.

They are creating NFTs on the bitcoin blockchain and it's screwing everything up. Most NFTs are created on Ethereum but they can also be done on other chains such as Cardano.

That is odd, I had one with Pinnacle yesterday around 33 minutes or so and one today in 29 minutes to bet365, very strange. I hope it gets confirmed for you soon.

Hey Keith I wanted to do a test on how long it takes when you pay the priority method which is 5 dollars which claims 10 minutes at cashapp for Bitcoin. It took approximately 45 minutes.

Interesting. I sent my deposit from CA to my wallet(Bitcoin) originally which too 1.5 hours using the no fee option. I'm now waiting for my middle wallet 2.5 days to confirm. I used normal fee for that.
