I am reaching out regarding the prolonged blocking of my account, which holds a balance of $6,500. Since May, I have sent between 15-20 emails without receiving any response, and I am becoming increasingly concerned as my account remains locked, and support has not acknowledged my messages.
Here is my situation in detail. I created my account on February 14, 2024, based on a recommendation from a friend who has used this platform since 2021 without any issues. Everything was smooth until April, with withdrawals processed successfully. Then, in April, my withdrawal was suddenly canceled, and I was asked to submit documents along with a selfie for verification. I submitted everything on April 9, and my documents were accepted. Later, on April 16, I was asked to complete a form, which I submitted that same day.
Since then, the only response I received was in May, when I was told my documents were still under review. Despite numerous follow-up emails, I have only received automated replies, and my requests for assistance have gone unanswered. It’s now been several months since I initially began the verification process in April, and I am reaching out again, hoping for a prompt resolution to this issue.
