Hey guys, I was wondering if I could get some advice on how to handle a recent situation with Bookmaker. I signed up for Bookmaker in late March, and have run up a balance of around $8000. I know Bookmaker has a stellar reputation and that most people have had no issues with them, which is why I registered. However, they have really been giving me the run around on my withdrawals.

A few days after signing up, I submitted pictures of my ID, as well as images of cards that I used to deposit, and I was verified within 10 minutes - no issues. A few days later, I made my first withdrawal. Then on my next withdrawal, they blocked my account and asked me to send pictures of my ID, a selfie with ID, and a selfie with a piece of paper showing the date of the transaction. I also had to fill out an Excel sheet with my transaction details and send it to them. I did as told and again, the KYC team responded within 30 minutes and told me I was verified.

At this point I thought everything was fine and wasn't worried until my next withdrawal about a week later, they again blocked it and asked me to submit selfies with ID, paper with today's date, etc. I did as told but this time the KYC team stopped responding completely so now I am stuck in limbo with about $8000 in my account. Furthermore, a few days later, I woke up to find that my account had been promotion banned, and all of my betpoints had been taken away, which does not make me feel any better about the chances of getting my money back.

I don't understand why I need to send documents/selfies 3 times in 3 weeks, and the fact that they have stopped responding on the 3rd verification, after 2 successful verifications makes me feel as if this is a stall tactic on bookmaker's part in order to avoid paying me out. If you have any advice on how I should proceed I'd really appreciate it, it seems like my only option right now is to wait it out for a response, but the fact that they went from approving my documents within 30 minutes the first two times, to now 2+ weeks with no response makes me worried.

I've also read several threads on here that are very similar to mine, where Bookmaker asks you to send a selfie to kyc@bookmaker.eu, only to stop responding, and it seems like it took others several months to get their money out. I only signed up because I've heard many positive things from people with six-figure balances on the site, the fact that they are pulling these tactics is really disappointing.

TLDR: Bookmaker blocked withdrawal, asked for selfies, and hasn't responded in 2+ weeks. This is the 3rd verification I've had to do in 3 weeks, worried I'll never get my $8000 out at this rate. I've contacted support many times in those 2+ weeks but they only tell me that they can't make the KYC team review my documents since they are a separate department. Any help or advice would be appreciated!
LOL they kept thinking they were going to put you on tilt asking for all that shit and hoping you would lose. That is 1000% facts and anyone who does not agree has never won shit (like you are up on the book lifetime) offshore.

They became a bottom book once the pandemic hit. They truly never recovered.

Pretty easily swayed if a story from a brand new poster can convince you to abandon a reliable, established book
They were my #1 for YEARS. At one point I used them exclusively. They are nothing special now and they know that better than anyone. GO LOOK AT THE FIRST H NFL JUICE (have seen -139 on a POINT SPREAD that was same as the rest of market).....Bro that is CRIMINAL!! WAY WORSE than US books. That is just facts.

Depends on what you bet, just like any other book. Their odds still have nothing to do with how trustworthy they are. US books aren't honorable because they want to be, they have to be. That being said their odds on almost any sport are garbage compared to offshore books. Just saying that these new posters coming on telling ghost stories should not convince anyone that has used Bookmaker for years that anything has changed. If you see a post complaining about Betonline or Bookmaker just grab some popcorn and turn off the lights.

I have posted screenshots of all emails, Sent in all documents ASAP, agreed to a video call, and still haven't received my payout in over a month. Why would they ask for a video call and then ghost the response for 10days? The KYC staff are completely unprofessional, ghosting/ odd responses. Yet people still think bookmaker are doing nothing wrong and have a great reputation :/

This month, I went through a slow-pay/glitch situation. Where Bookmaker would probably say it was a crypto processor/payment glitch (who knows), but the end-result was a slow-pay (about a week). My request lingered for several days, then was canceled, and then a 2nd request was paid in about 45 minutes.

Total guess on my part, but if you search Reddit for bookmaker.eu, there are several posts looking to buy Bookmaker accounts. Maybe Bookmaker is dealing with a wave of fraud/duplicate accounts, and this is impacting their payment approvals, KYC, security reviews, etc?

The other guess, just old-fashioned slow-paying. Hope that isn't the case.

I noticed this too when searching for other users experiencing the same issues I am dealing w/from Bookmaker. Why are people trying to buy accounts and how much would they go for?

Syndicates, scammers, bonus/promotion abusers, organized crime. People who have been banned (or heavy limits) will buy "clean" accounts.
Not pointing any fingers here.

However, this would explain why multiple long-time clients have reported no issues with Bookmaker.eu payouts, while newer accounts keep springing up complaining of delays.

I'm staying agnostic but will keep watching the drama unfold.

They need to shit or get off the pot instead of playing games piece by piece.
They asked me for a selfie w my id. Done.
They asked me to do the spreadsheet. Done.
They asked me for a selfie with the day's date. Done.
They asked to do a video call. I said OK. They don't call.
They say OK we will pay you. By bank wire. I say I don't want that because of taxes, bank problems etc. They say gambling winnings are not taxable. I say duh they are, that is why I tried offshore.
They now ask for another spreadsheet and a new selfie.

I bet for myself, not someone else. If they think I sold my account to a reddit guy, where is it? They either need to show some evidence and explicitly stiff so people can see their true colors or they need to accept whatever suspicions they have are BS and just pay. They sure have no problems taking endless deposits. They just don't like the payout part.

This. There's simply zero justification for how they're handling this.

As long as a book pays, I'm not sure the Player has too much argument about the exact method (crypto, check, bank wire, cash in a bag). It is certainly less-important of an argument, compared to the primary problem of slow-paying and/or no-paying.

You're effectively asking the book to help you commit tax fraud. Which shouldn't be the book's concern at all. They're not responsible for the tax-codes of 200 different countries.

That being said, if the book does insist on bank wire for all withdrawals, it would be entirely reasonable for the Player to say "Going forward, I'll take my business elsewhere. Let me know if you ever change the withdrawal policy, thanks."

Are they accusing you of anything or saying you broke any of their TOS? Only being allowed to receive bank wire is pretty unreasonable if they're not saying you broke any of their rules or TOS. It's well known people lose bank accounts for gambling transactions all the time. Practically the whole point of using crypto for sports books.

Hopefully BMR can assist or shed some light on what is going on over at BM. We've seen enough of these reports specific to BM to assume something is up @BMR Ivy @BobbyFK @BMR Genie

It's not them helping me commit tax fraud. They claim they pay out to crypto and that's the whole reason I used them. The main thing is the bank. Large transactions all get flagged, a different bank closed my account years ago for trading crypto. I don't want to lose my account because of this. I have gambling losses to offset my winnings anyways, but I'd rather report zero than open the can of worms of showing wins and losses.
