Bookmaker.eu is not responding to my emails and withholding my payout

Hello everyone. I sign up with Bookmaker.eu on Tuesday October 8. I make deposit for 25k and make payout on Thursday October 10 for 25k. I send ID to cashier and no payout come. I ask live chat where is payout and they tell me to email kyc@bookmaker.eu and send picture of my id and me holding id. I do that right away. Sine them I have send them 4 emails and nothing come back. I ask live chat and they keep giving me the same response telling me to wait. What can I do I am very scared

Also, not to be that guy but his English doesn’t sound very good and it immediately red flags me he’s apart of a syndicate. Who creates an account and deposits $25,000 without seeing if they’d be paid out something even remotely close to that first.

in regards to KYC, they will pay you as long as you aren’t apart of a syndicate. Their process can take up to 2 weeks unfortunately but once you’re verified any time you take a payout you’re paid within the hour. Deep breath, relax, if you did nothing wrong you’re good. They tend to KYC larger bettors, I got KYCed years ago and they’ve paid me out $25,000 in two minutes before.

P.S. my first deposits weren’t $25,000 but to each their own.

What are you talking about? How do I see if I be paid out first? I look up the site and see it is a good reputation site. And the reason why I'm scared is because my account is now 174k. I don't understand why you say I should have make sure I can withdraw before I deposit. I know this is a good site which is why I give them my trust

You will end up being fine. I’ve had over 200k worth of payouts from bookmaker + sister books in the past 6 weeks, one yesterday and one just submitted this morning.

If you post a screenshot of your balance it would help build credibility. I have over a 100k balance too.

I can't post screenshot because the account is now disable. I send in photo of he holding today's date on paper yesterday and then it got disable. I just got a email asking to fill out a form. I do that now
