Hello! I am unfortunately going through a very similar situation. I have only been a member for about a month, but everything has gone smoothly with my first 3-4 withdrawals until now. I no longer have withdrawal options and also have received the same answer about KYC department. I have provided them with ID/paperwork and have not heard anything in days. Any tips would be appreciated, I go to the live chat daily and try to be as respectful as possible.
