Bookmaker won't pay me

I worked up a balance to over 20k and for weeks they have been stalling. Asking me for my license, selfies with this or that, then a video call etc.
After all this they say "ok we will pay you by bank wire". I told them I don't want a wire for tax reasons, risk they close my account (this happened to me once when I was buying/selling crypto in the early days), and if my bank asks me what this transaction is for I believe its a felony to lie. If i tell them its gambling related, they won't like it. They have no reason not to honor my payout to crypto. They already have agreed to pay so that is not the issue, its that they are not paying to a method they promise to pay to. Why are they being like this?

I really regret ever depositing there, Bookmaker.eu just stalls and plays games when you win apparently.

2) Which bonuses did you take
3) Which sports did you bet
4) Deposit amount
